There are two terms used throughout the instructions. It is important to understand the difference between these terms in order to fully understand the instructions.

Automation Templates – Templates that contain all of the information that will go to PAX, when it will go, and whether or not tour automations are blocked or unblocked by default.

Automations – Automations are created for each tour / Automation Template combination. The automation specifies which template is used, which tour it is associated with, when an email will be sent, or a task created, when an email was sent or task created, and whether or not an email is blocked at a tour level. It also specifies which PAX are blocked at a PAX level.
