Bookings & Payment Details

Bookings
In the Bookings module you can see all the bookings made for the tour. The last booking made will be at the bottom.

Once you open the Detail View (see below) of the booking, clicking on the arrow button to the left of the passenger name will allow you to view additional passenger details, such as dietary restrictions, allergies, and passport information, if it was collected. This is customizable.

Payment for the Booking
Under the Payments / Refunds tab in the Booking module, you can see a list of the payments made for the booking. This includes the payment amount, when it was made, and how it was made.

Transaction Details
More details are available if you open the transaction details using the arrow button to the left of the payment, including the last four digits of the credit card used, the expiration date, billing address, and more. A transaction ID from the payment gateway is stored with each payment, to be used for crediting or for making additional transactions.
