Sending a Single Email to a Client or Vendor Contact
To send a single email to a Client or Vendor contact, click on the envelope icon to the right of that contact’s email address. An email message window will appear and your email signature will be added to the body of the email. Add any email addresses you’d like to CC or BCC, enter a subject line, add content to the body of the email, and attach any documents or images (up to 10MB). If you’d like to save the attachments to the email log for that Client or Vendor, to be able to open/review them at a later date, click on the DISK ICON (just to the left of your attachment) and it will turn dark, indicating that it will be stored in the Client/Vendor record. Click the CANCEL button to cancel sending of the email; click the SEND button when you are ready to send it.
The process is exactly the same in the Vendor Module. For both Clients and Vendors, you will see an Email Log tab in the Detail View – this is where you can review email activity for that particular Client/Vendor. If you elected to SAVE your attachments, they will be accessible from this area for you to open and review at any time.
