The Quick Proposal and Quick Itinerary are built in a very similar fashion.
We have clients that manually build proposals and itineraries in MS Word because not all of their contracted services and package elements have yet been created (or, some clients use the “shortcut method” for building packages) which eliminates the ability to use the regular proposal.
This is a tool that allows those clients to build these documents right within TourTools and save it to the Tour/Package instead of maintaining a document outside the system in another app.
The Quick/Web Itinerary can also be published to your Tour page in TourTools Online to present a nicely formatted itinerary just below the Tour description.
