The new TourTools Automated Tasks and Emails Module increases productivity by automatically sending emails to Passengers and by automatically deploying timely tasks to staff members.
ATEM allows you to create automations that scan TourTools nightly for Tours and Bookings that meet criteria you specify and then send each Passenger a personalized email you’ve carefully designed. The possibilities are endless, and here are a few examples of popular email Automations: Payment Reminders, Past Due Reminders, Welcome Emails, Post-Trip communications, and Waitlist Details.
ATEM Automated Tasks allow you to create any number of recurring Tasks automatically for each new Tour and deploy the task to the appropriate staff members at the right time. No more manually creating tasks and reminders every time you launch a new Tour.
Both ATEM Automated Emails and Automated Tasks, can be blocked for specific Tours or Bookings and can also be manually deployed at any time.
Testing the ATEM Emails and Tasks is simple and straight-forward, giving you the confidence that the Automation will go to the right place at the right time. The ATEM Templates are only accessible to staff with high-level permissions ensuring that automations are not created without proper knowledge and testing.
Each time an email Automation runs, a detailed report showing the emails that were sent, the ones that were not and details outlining the process. A report recipient can be specified for each Automation template so that the right person receives the report for each Automation.
