We are pleased to introduce the new Enhanced Email Module – it will supercharge your Client and Vendor communication workflows. You can use templates to optimize recurring marketing and notification campaigns and save time & money. Add multiple attachments with the option to save them in the related Client/Vendor/Tour email log.
TourTools can send campaigns to found sets of Clients and Vendors, or to all Vendors/Passengers on a given Tour. Your sent emails will also show up in the SENT folder in the email application you use outside of TourTools
SMTP Settings in TourTools (for IT staff)
All emails sent out of TourTools are sent from a single email address selected by the management team. Typically, this is an address like “info@globetours.com” or “admin@abctravel.com”. The SMTP settings are configured with the credentials for this primary email account.
Review Your Email Signature in User Settings
When a staff member sends an email, it will add their personalized email signature to the body of the email (signatures are managed in Settings > User Settings, see below for details) and the REPLY-TO email address will be set to their email address as entered in their Staff record (managed in Settings > Business Settings > Staff Members).
The USER SETTINGS are accessible to every TourTools user, regardless of their level of access or which login account they use. These settings allow users to set preferences that impact their TourTools sessions only. Things like setting a color theme for their Dashboard, managing their email signature, setting a default window size, and more.
