The Client Module – A Powerful CRM

The Client module in TourTools stores contact information about your clients. it is a powerful CRM and marketing tool built right into your TourTools Back Office system.

In many cases, companies that purchase TourTools Back Office are moving from another system and so have a database of Clients that will have been imported as part of the initial setup and deployment. As such, we will begin with some basics of managing records, before addressing how to create new ones.

The Client module is also one place where your marketing efforts are tracked and it is also where the booking process begins. Over time, the Client module becomes a treasure chest of information reflecting preferred tour types and the travel history for each of your clients.
