TourTools Sales Module
TourTools® has developed this add-on functionality to support a robust sales process. It also features a tool that enables access to Client and RFQ functionality to an “outside sales” team from a web browser (FileMaker not required).
What it Can Do
The Sales Module uses RFQs (Tour Worksheets) to allow staff to gather information from clients for various scenarios requested for Tours they are interested in. The module allows tracking and reporting related to sales activity as well as a feature that enables access to the module remotely from a web browser.
How it Works
- Your sales team is given access to a Sales Dashboard displaying their sales activities and RFQs. It allows them to isolate and “tag” specific clients as accounts they are currently working. RFQs can be created that function like a Tour Worksheet for creating proposals.
- Your outside sales team can browse Client details and create RFQs using a web browser on an iPad or laptop while sitting in their office gathering details and requirements.
- The system shows past activity for each Client so the rep can see patterns and past booking details.
- Once a rep submits a new RFQ, a notification email is sent to designated staff members for processing.
- By default, this module comes with 2 reports – a Travel Plan, showing which clients the rep will be visiting that week, and a Weekly Sales report.
Availability
The Sales Module can be configured to work with TourTools v3-v5 and requires FileMaker Server v16 or newer; contact us for purchase and subscription pricing.
