TourTools Training Specialist
The TourTools Training Specialist holds a very client-facing role; they provide training and support to new customers as they begin to use the software for the first time. The training specialist will also help develop training videos and user guide content.
This applicant should be an excellent communicator and fairly tech-savvy and be comfortable with computers in general. Experience in the tour industry is required; experience with TourTools is a big plus but not required – training will be provided.
We have part-time and full-time contracts available. Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
Duties
- Provide training and support to new customers
- Create training videos and user guide content
- Provide software demonstrations for prospects
- Provide additional training for client teams on request
- Attend trade show events to promote and demo TourTools
Marketing Specialist
The TourTools Marketing Specialist manages the social media content for TourTools as well as the quarterly newsletter. There are also miscellaneous marketing projects and tasks that revolve around the trade shows we attend 2-3 times annually.
This applicant should be an excellent communicator (strong spelling/grammar) and comfortable with Canva/Photoshop and other content creation tools. Marketing experience is required.
This is a part-time contract – 5 to 10 hours per week. Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
Duties
- Create and schedule 1-2 posts for our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Provide marketing/admin assistance on misc projects throughout the year
- Build and schedule a quarterly newsletter in Brevo
- Help update and maintain user guide content
FileMaker Developer
The TourTools development team manages the client support queue and participates in new product deployments, integrations, and customization projects.
This applicant should have at least 5 years experience with advanced FileMaker Pro projects and be able to comfortably with JSON, web viewers, and APIs.
This is a part-time contract – 5 to 30 hours per week. Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
Duties
- Take support requests from clients for customization and troubleshooting
- Take on software enhancement projects
- Work on API integrations
- Work on a product deployment team to support TourTools deployments
- Work on product development for new versions and new functionality
Php/Web Developer
The TourTools web development team manages the client support queue and participates in new product deployments, integrations, and customization projects related to our online product TourTools Online.
This applicant should have at least 5 years experience with advanced Php and Javascript development projects and support.
This is a part-time contract – 5 to 20 hours per week. Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
